The process is simple, safe and practical:
- Please register as Impetus customer.
- Choose the items you are looking for by browsing our online store or using the search function.
- Choose size and color you want and click the "Add to Cart."
- You can repeat the second step to add more items. The contents of your shopping cart are updated at the top of the page.
- When you have all items in the cart, please click on the button "execute order".
- We provide you later the information about the delivery location, type of payment and confirmation.
- Finally we will send an email with the confirmation.
The items inside the shopping cart are only assured after confirming the order.
If a product is not available in stock, you will be informed during the ordering process that the product is "Out of Stock".
We do not guarantee product availability during periods of promotions, sales or stock-outs.
You can ask to be notified when the item in question is in stock, in the colour and size in question. To do this, click on the green "Notify when product is available" button.
You will be notified by email about the out-of-stock item and the corresponding refund for its value.

Please be advised that if the order has been processed and shipped we can't make any kind of change.
You can cancel an order if it has not yet been processed.

Only after validation of Impetus, the order may be canceled or not.
In case of order cancellation, you will be refund on the same way of the payment method.
All refunds are dealt with as speedily as possible, to the legal maximum period of 30 days after purchase.

Impetus has chosen to work with CTT for Portugal, MRW for Spain, and FedEx for the other countries.
Yes, in addition to delivering to countries within the European Union, Impetus also ships to countries outside the European Union. To find out if your country is included in the countries served by Impetus, please send an email to consumer@impetuswear.com.
The shipping cost for countries outside the European Union does not include any customs fees that may be charged. Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can follow its progress. The estimated delivery time is 24 to 48 hours; however, it may vary due to factors beyond our control.
If the delivery is not made within the indicated timeframe, please contact us at consumer@impetuswear.com so that Impetus can resolve the issue with the carrier. It is important not to wait too long due to the carrier’s time limits.
Yes, you can set a delivery address and an invoice address.
Just bear in mind that in order to have an Impetus Têxteis invoice, you'll need your tax number.
One or more items of your order were not immediately available so we proceeded to send part of your order.
As soon as the other articles are available we will send them.
You should make a return and place a new order for the size you want. To do this, you must register your return in your online store account.
Once the registration is completed, Impetus will schedule a pickup at the address provided during the return registration.
For countries outside the European Union, the cost of returning the item is the customer’s responsibility.
How to Return an Item
You can return items from your order by logging into your online store account, going to your order history, and selecting the items you wish to return.
Return Period:
You have 30 working days from the date you received your order to initiate a return.
Eligible Returns:
We accept returns in the following situations:
- The product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged (unless the damage was caused by the customer).
- The product or quantity received is different from what was ordered.
- The order was delivered after the promised delivery date.
- You are not satisfied with the product in terms of design, color, size, cut, or finish.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- If items arrive damaged or not in their original packaging, Impetus reserves the right to refuse the return.
Return Process:
- Once your return is registered, Impetus will schedule a pickup at the address provided during the return registration.
For countries outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. - After the items are received, they will be inspected to verify the reason for the return, check for defects, and ensure the items have not been used.
- The refund to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 15 days of receiving the returned items.

Please understand that we are only able to accept items purchased in our IMPETUS Online Store.
If you have a Voucher, you can use it as a type of payment. For that you only have to introduce your voucher code.
If the value of the voucher is less than the total amount of your order, you must select another available payment method.

Customs and Import Duties
The buyer is responsible for any customs or import duties that may be charged upon delivery. The amount and process for these fees depend on the customs regulations of each country.
How to buy
To place an order, you can register in our online shop through the "register" option (upper right corner) or buy as a guest.

Order Processing
- Impetus processes orders only after payment is confirmed.
- During promotions or collection transitions, processing may take up to 5 working days.
- Orders placed after Friday noon, on Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Shipping and Carriers
- We work with reliable carriers to ensure your order is delivered on time.
- You will receive an email with your order status and tracking number, and you can also check this information in your customer account.
Delivery Terms
- Always provide a phone number for delivery.
- If the parcel is not collected within the designated period, it will be returned to Impetus.
Reporting a Late Delivery

Lost or Undeliverable Orders

- No refund will be issued during this investigation period.

Yes, submitting a return request through the Online Shop is mandatory.
Without completing this step, we cannot process your return properly or issue a refund for the returned items.
Returns
IMPETUS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS COMMUNICATED OR SENT AFTER THE ESTABLISHED DEADLINE, OR ARTICLES THAT ARE NOT IN THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH THEY WERE PURCHASED.
For countries outside the European Union, the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Yes, it’s possible to return it up to 30 days after the delivery. After that deadline, Impetus reserves the right not to accept returns.

Place the item(s) in their original packaging. If you no longer have it, use a secure package suitable for safe transport. The customer is fully responsible for any damage caused to the item if it is returned in inadequate packaging.
Impetus provides up to two free collection attempts for the customer. If the order has not been collected after the second attempt, the customer must ship the items to Impetus themselves. Any costs for a third or subsequent collection are the customer’s responsibility.

Yes, if you received an e-gift card Impetus you can use in any product on the online store.
Impetus Underwear does not return the remaining amount, the e-gift card is single-use and it's impossible to return the remaining amount if it's not used in full when placing the order.
You should first check if the period of use of your e-gift card is expired if it has not expired, you should contact our customer service so we can solve your problem as soon as possible.
